CONTRACTS AND NOTARY

From here you have time to check all the purchasing contracts and terms of cooperation with your lawyer or advisor. Afterwards all contracts are sent to the German Notar.

Once again here is very important to notice that you directly become the owner of the Real Estate written exactly in German Land Registry. So from the first moment of purchase you have the full control and ownership of your investment.

Asset management is appendix of the contract and it states that rental income if Guaranteed to you by Saad Immobilien Gmbh and also this is secured by insurance policy.
